Rosa has called the Fresno/Clovis community home since 1994. She has been serving the people in her community as an insurance agent with Health Markets, since 2005. At HealthMarkets, it is their mission is to provide conveniece, choice, and counsel in the areas of life, health, retirement, medicare and long term insurance. Keeping true to this mission, Rosa makes it a priority it to personally meet with her clients to fully understand their needs and provide objective guidance and solutions. She also serves her community by working with the Lighthouse Recovery Program, Business Womens Connection, Warriors Heart Ministry, and Business Network International.
